This Breakdown crane was pictured in 1916 - possibly it was bought by the Bombay Port Commissioners, or the Great Indian Peninsular Railway, or the Bombay Baroda and Central India Railway. I've looked at Peter Tatlows LMSR steam travelling cranes list without finding anything certain but a James Taylor of 1892 could be possible. Being chain roped I would suspect that early. But if it was not actually classed as a Travelling crane he might not have picked it up. I suspect it is the sam...

I would hazard a guess as to them being:
NER C1 and C2; 15ton Smith 4249 and 4248 of 1892; based at York Leeman Road.
