I've looked at Peter Tatlows LMSR steam travelling cranes list without finding anything certain but a James Taylor of 1892 could be possible. Being chain roped I would suspect that early. NER C1 and C2; 15ton Smith 4249 and 4248 of 1892; based at York Leeman Road.
