Intrigued by the "?" under this crane's status entry in the Extant UK Breakdown Cranes list, I went web-hunting, to find that the crane is at the Midland Railway Centre and was last inspected in June 2010. It is apparently in good order. See http://www.ws.vintagecarriagestrust.org ... p?Ref=3051. |

Thanks very much, Stan. The database will be updated accordingly later today. Roger Cooke kindly provided the majority of the information that's in the two databases on the website, but establishing the status of each crane and keeping the databases up-to-date was, and remains, my own responsibility. The "?" against ADRC95202 resulted from my failed attempts to obtain the crane's status from the MRC's office. However that was a couple of years ago and I'm afraid I put it to one side, entered the "?" in the database, and never got back to it. |

The 'Extant UK Breakdown Cranes' database now shows ADRC95202 as "Working Order". Conversely, the status of ADRC96715 has been changed from "Working Order" to "Under Repair" following John Woolley's note to this effect. Thanks for your help, chaps! |
