Bit of news on this crane. It has passed its latest steam test and declared fit, however it needs a rerope as the ropes have failed. We have some in stock but will need to get it back to Newbridge from Grosmont to see what is required. |

Yes, excellent news! I think a brief discussion on the reasons for the ropes to be declared unfit could be useful. I've raised the topic in our Members Only section (in the Processes and Suppliers forum). |
