95224 at Wakefield Kirkgate, 13.3.1977

Ex Healey Mills breakdown foreman Les Woad says this picture of 95224 re-railing a parcel van at Wakefield Kirkgate acted as a reminder to look up when moving the crane. He had failed to do that on this job and the crane hit a signal gantry when moving with the jib up, just skewing the gantry a bit out of line. It was never repaired so he saw it every time he passed on the way to a job.
