This was a 36-ton Ransomes & Rapier crane supplied in 1918 to the LSWR. It was allocated from new to Nine Elms as No. 6, then to 35S soon after the Southern Railway took over, and subsequently numbered DS35 by BR. Remained at Nine Elms until after WW2 when it went to Fratton. In late 1946 it moved to Eastleigh where it stayed until withdrawal in January 1965.
