Recovery near Dearne Valley Colliery, 19.6.1978 (1)

Dearne Valley was in Holbeck's area. Crane driver Peter Woad was at Healey Mills at this time. Healey Mills brought their CS 45t crane ADRC95224 (ex DE330107) to assist Holbeck and their 40t crane ADRR95207 (ex DE331159). Doncaster were also assisting with 45t Cowans Sheldon ADRC95219 (ex DE330133), which is out of the picture. Peter drove 95207 on that day to relieve its driver for a while as Holbeck were short of staff.
